Features in detail

• Abstract incentive points: This MOD comes complete with an extensive admin page, which handles the settings for CubeRewards (the abstract incentive points). First of all it allows you to customize the name of the CubeRewards points for your store. You can enable any one or more of the 4 available modes of awarding points to your customers. These modes are totally independent and do not depend on or affect the points system of the other modes. You can also enable redemption of the points for availing discounts on future purchases. The modes available are as follows:

  • Basket-total based: Points are awarded per unit currency of the basket total. You can set the number of points and also the threshold basket total of orders for which points would be awarded.
  • Order based: This mode awards a fixed number of points for each order. You can set the number of points as well as the threshold basket total of the orders for which to award points.
  • Product based: This mode awards a fixed number of points for each different type of product purchased. You can set the threshold price per piece of the products for which points would be awarded.
  • Quantity based: This mode awards a fixed number of points per quantity of products purchased. You can set the threshold total quantity of products in an order to award points.
  The conversion rate for conversion of the points can also be set in the admin page.

• Award points to customers: This MOD enables you to award points to your customers on their purchases. The points are awarded for each of the modes in effect and is cumulative.

• Encash points to avail discount: This MOD enables the customers to encash the points they have earned to avail discount on their purchases. The number of points available is that which results from completed orders. However the points resulting from pending or cancelled orders are still stored in the customer account for future evaluation, and could be used if the pending orders are completed.

• This MOD also logs every CubeRewards operation whether awarding points or encashing points. However at present it does not have an admin page to show the log.
